A NUTRITIOUS WARM VEGAN πΏLUNCH
WARM SPICED NECTARINES WITH OVERNIGHT HONEY π― OATS IN ALMOND MILK
TO KEEP UP THE HEALTH BEAT
Ingredients:
Ingredients:
One nectarine
Coconut oil half tsp
Himalayan salt
Brown sugar
Read-mix oats packets
Or oats soaked with bananas pure almond milk, honey, almond slices.
1/2 cup Warms vanilla almond milk
Chia seeds almond flakes
Honey /agave nectar
Method:
1) Making of spiced glazed nectarines
2) Soaked oats in vanilla oats
3) plating our nectarines
