The most coziest and comforting feeling of being back in my own space.. 

NOTHING  AS GREAT !!! to be along with my FAMILY πŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘§πŸ‘¨‍πŸ‘©‍πŸ‘§‍πŸ‘§and FRIENDS πŸ‘­ ...


Climatizing πŸ™‡‍♀️little strange from fresh air, humid, hot, rainy all mixes of weathers.....

 to a dry and πŸ₯Ά cold 🏑 home .... with frozen finger trying to type ...... YET COMFORTING!!!

TO KEEP UP THE HEALTH BEAT  

With

Warm flavors of cinnamon, vanilla, bananas ,toasted almonds, honey a great melody on the bowl.


Decided to make 

A NUTRITIOUS WARM VEGAN 🌿LUNCH


WARM SPICED NECTARINES WITH OVERNIGHT HONEY 🍯 OATS IN ALMOND MILK 


TO KEEP UP THE HEALTH BEAT  






Ingredients: 




Ingredients:
One nectarine

Coconut oil half tsp

Himalayan salt 

Brown sugar 

Read-mix oats packets 

Or oats soaked with bananas pure almond milk, honey, almond slices.

1/2 cup Warms vanilla almond milk 

Chia seeds almond flakes  

Honey /agave nectar 


Method: 

1) Making of spiced glazed nectarines 




2) Soaked oats in vanilla oats 

3) plating  our nectarines
