After ages I went to Moms 👩🏼‍🦱and Dads🧔🏽 place for 🥗  with my family... 👪 We were all set, On the table, while the lids opened up.. 😋 yummm !!!! YELLOW RICE🍚 SUKHA (Dry)MUTTON🍖 KACHUMBER(Onions ringlets with salt, vinegar and tomatoes) 🥗 ALOO CAPSICUM (potato and capsicum dry)🥔🌶 PERFECT LUNCH 🥘🍴 WITH A FOOD COMA 🛌  We kept complimenting the Mutton and kept guessing if it was mom or dad who made it???   A zipping ⚡️ Answer came out!!!    IT WAS ME “ MY MOM” SAID 💁🏻‍♀️ Well I couldn’t believe it 🤔...as Dad🧔🏽 used to make the same..🍖 And MOM Further👩‍🍳 mentioned. A BIG RED 🐟 FISH  In a rushing and Quick stressed day.. a feeling of a Mom working from home.. I worked almost 12-15hours a day including the child relearning...  It’s past Dinner 🥘 time ⏰.... Knocking on the window and crying through the locks🔒  is dinner ready yet...For it’s past 8 o’clock😏 (Aaria) Suddenly!!! A big red bag entered into the house I get squid 🦑  and a huge packet of smoked salmon ....  It was that huge, that wouldn’t fit into my freezer ...😱🤷‍♀️ Tick tick tick tick tock Tick tock.....🤔 washed all the things chop chop chop Pumpkins 🎃,  tofu bell peppers, basil leaves🌿,  lime leaf , 🍃 bird eye chili, 🌶 , baby corn ,🌽 mushroom, 🍄 .... . Ehhh... then quickly grated cucumber 🥒 squeezed water out of it, folded it into the left over 🥑 guacamole and shredded the Smoked Salmon...( SHERWIN, best quality of fish)  JAPANESE SMOKED SALMON AVOCADO SALAD  Sour creme poured over and salmon rosettes simply amazing 😉...

THE CHILDHOOD BACKYARD  As we Cousins, 6 of us were up,  We used to head to our TREEHOUSE 🌳  , that used to be loaded with Mangoes 🥭. We kids were like music 🎶 at a Wedding 👰. Running  and playing between 2Forests and 6Houses.... Soon, we could smell the fires🔥 set for lunch , That rich dense, Smokey aroma from burning 🥥 coconut husk, was our reminder...  As if our parent were asking to “ get back home”. We used to take our baskets 🧺 head to our backyard where the fire was set, collect our fresh organic produces from almost all the spices, fruits and vegetables. The sound of the Rolling stone, where my grandma 👵🏽RADHA used to make her fresh ground chutney. ... wow!!! That was ecstatic!!     The fresh organic produces, cooked in Virgin 🌴 coconut oil, fresh squeezed  milk 🥥 🥛 power packed superfoods  simmering away in earthen pots, over natural resource of 🔥 fire . A FRIEND AND BUTTER CHICKEN  This morning🌞,  I had one of our friend ,  who was out to the market 🛵 and I asked him, what was he about to bu y💵?
