Sit and think what, are your "Symptoms"  at.... 

Eating🍫🍫🍫
Sleeping😴
Laughing🤣
Shopping🛒
Yelling
🤬

This is what happens to me..... I blank out😵! I can't hear at all🦻, start Marshalling around💂‍♀️, and then begins My Symptoms.... OCD 🧽🧹🧺🧼 Yup Exactly....I have it tooo 🙌.....

Apart from me Marshalling, suddenly, I Notice, Everyone else Scattering as 🐭🐭🐭 finding corners.... I know you might be laughing🤣😂, we all have this happening in our house🏡 or our parents house👨‍👨‍👧‍👧, grands.... 👵👴

 Men,  👨 I know its tough😞!!! Continue doing what You normally do...just take your car and zoom out🏎,or Take that phone and play your games 📳, Grab those noise cancelling headphone🎧 LOLZZ ... 
BUT....Remember!! DON"T EVER ASK " WHAT HAPPENED?/??? at that point....OR YOUR GONNA BE 🎯

 
In a way  PLEASE NOTE!! It's SPRING CLEANING time....🌈🧼🧽

Coming back to the moment, I decided cleaning the fridge, and found Dosa Batter (Indian crepe Batter)

That was it....... 💡............Light Vegetarian Lunch ....

MASALA DOSA WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY
(Indian crepe, Seasoned Potatoes, &Tomato Chutney)





Dosa
Instant batter
Pour over a pan and add ghee, turn side and take out.

Chutney:

250 gms, Fresh Coconut, Or soaked desiccated coconut
Tomato puree half Packet 
Ginger small piece 
garlic 6 psc
2 Kashmiri Red chili
Cumin seeds 1/2 tspoon
Salt
Turmeric powder
Coconut creme/ milk  (1/4 cup)

Method:
Grind ingredients
In a pan , put coconut oil, mustard seeds allow to pop
Add cumin seeds,
Add big pieces of onions, roast it till golden, 

Add cashew nuts 15 to 20 psc make them blush and then curry leaves and one kashmiri  .. Keep aside half the mix for garnish...
 Add ground chutney and 3 tblspoons of coconut oil to the remaining, simmer for 7 mins 
bowl it up and add garnish on top.




Seasoned Potatoes:
Ingredients:
4 small potatoes
3 medium onions
green peas 50 gms 
salt, turmeric
Ginger small piece grated,
mustard seeds,cumin seeds, curry leaves,Green chili.

Method:
In a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, allow to pop
Add cumin seeds
Add Onions, Curry leaves, Ginger, green chilli, peas, salt, turmeric
Fry for 4 mins till onions are transparent...
Add potatoes, season with salt, slow gas
let it become golden brown , lid on top of the dish ..(7 mins ) stir and next 7 stir..
Once potatoes are cooked, and golden brown
Add 100 ML water 
Simmer for 5 mins and turn off the gas..
