A Classic BLT Sandwich 🥪GOSSIP

 Long time ago, When Subway used to be my lunch, Almost the 14th time there, I never knew that BLT WAS - (BACON LETTUCE AND TOMATOES ) Till I curiously asked Clinton, “What is this BLT??🤔

This Evening, I kept frozen bacon out for thawing 🥶and I had this massive packet, that had long strips of 🥓  bacon in them.

Pretty excited!!!🤩 On the Twist,,,, that was in my Mind....🤯

Decided to get going on another walk session to burn out and have a Cheat meal... 🏃‍♀️

For my luck, My Mumbai Bestie calls me,☎️

 🥳WOOHOO ... it was time !!🕰”for walks and talks “😉

Hurray!!!it was Gossip time🤣🤣

We Gossip about food lolzzz🤗

BTW, GOSSIP’s are good for health.... 👁👀”So please continue.... . I am sure everyone likes to be part of it...

BACON LETTUCE TOMATOES SANDWICH

So EXCITED!!!! To share the 💡 Idea, wrap up my sandwich 🥪  with the bacon strips, as a parcel, then allow it to caramelized all around the sandwich:

Tip

Make sure you use lean mean and less fat 🥓, or your bread would be soaked in.... for you to run 🏃‍♀️ Another 3days🤪🤪🤪...

Best results are when you bake the sandwiches in an oven or over a bbq grill 🥪 where the fat can drop down....

INGREDIENTS:

Mayo

Chipotle southwest mayo 

Tomatoes

Lettuce

Onions 

Cheese slice 

Bacon strips 

Method:

 

Prepare your sandwich

Mayo and chipotle, mix both and apply on bread slices.

Cheese, onions, tomatoes slices.

Another slice of bread.

On a tray place the bacon sheets, put the sandwich on top and wrap up.

Toast the edge side up first to seal the sandwich.

A great tip FROM A Chef I Know 

A great mustard sauce would work wonders🧞‍♂️, and chunky bacon strips made really crispy...
