Bacon π₯ Chicken π EGGS π₯ hotdogs π Shrimp π¦

So I add my GREENS EQUALLY BEING GENEROUS: π§♀️π§♀️
Tofu, mushrooms π, beans ,carrotπ₯, broccoli π₯¦,Corn π½
Balancing the Meal..
Since I have TIME on food I am making the Most of it now....
DECONSTRUCTED ONE POT
1) VEGAN GARIC FRIED RICE
2) CHILI CHICKEN MY WAY
3) BACON PRAWN SCHEZUAN
1) VEGAN FRIED RICE π
INGREDIENTS:
6 Garlic chopped
Veg Maggie cube(optional)
Celery 1stalk finely chopped
2red chillies finely chopped
1tspoon ginger paste
1tblspoon sesame oil
Rice one cup soaked
Spring onions 2
Half bell pepper
Any veges your choice
(Broccoli green beans)
Sauces mix:(chili chicken gravy)
4tablspoons Oyster( veg or mushroom )
1tablspoon Miso (optional)
2tablspoons Ketchup
1tablspoon date molasses (optional) /honey
Two tablespoons chilli garlic sauce
Vinegar 1tablspoon
Mix with little water
Method:
- In oil, high , roast garlic spring onions, ginger paste, bell peppers, celery, red chilies..Maggie cube
- Once they turn golden
- Add Rice and fry , add sauce with sesame oil and 1cup water
- Allow rice to cook and see if extra water is required
- Cover with lid and let it cook till cooked ..
2) CHILI CHICKEN πΆ π MY WAY
INGREDIENTS:
Ginger3tablspoons
Garlic 4cloves crushed
Celery two stalks
1/2 bell pepper
Black pepper coarse 1 tspoon
Red chillies 2finely chopped
Onion small big dice
Method:
- Oil, fry ginger garlic, chilies, celery till slight golden
- Add chicken salt and pepper
- Roast it on medium flame till golden on sides
- Then add chili chicken sauce (ingredients mentioned in rice recipe)
- Add one glass water and allow chicken to cook on real slow gas, as oil leaves and chicken is tender add onion diced and bel peppers give it a boil on high and turn on the gas And serve..
3) BACON SHRIMP SCHEZUAN π₯π¦
INGREDIENTS:
Bacon
Shrimps large
Cornflour 2tablspoons
Ketchup veeba hot garlic sauce (chilli garlic sauce)
Celery two stalks
Spring onions
Cashew nuts optional
Method:
- Add bacon in the pan and let its oil release
- As bacon is cooked add garlic 3cloves crush, celery and roast.
- Marinate shrimps 1kg in sauces and cornflour
- On very high gas , add sp onions and shrimps and shake the pan only when it caramelizes.
- Then stir again once all the oil has realized and water has dried up.
- Add fried cashew-nuts and dried red chili for garnish..
