ARABIC TWIST TO GREENS 🌱 









1) MUHAMARA:
 Ingredients



4 Roasted red bell pepper
Bread crumbs 100 gms
Walnuts 150gms
Pomegranate molasses (I used date molasses as I dint it) 
Lemon juice 2
Garlic 4cloves 
Tomato purée 1/4 packet (diluted)that we get in India 
Red chillies 2spicy ones 
Salt for taste

Method:
Blend the YUCKS TO GOODIES ...(rich in OMEGA and VITAMIN E , SUPERFOODS, DETOX, VEGAN








2) SPINACH HUMMOS
(Protein rich-Energy with Iron)
Helps in repair and mantle calm it the body... 




Ingredients 
Boiled chickpeas (250gms)
Spinach small bunch (.250gms) 
Tahini paste 
Salt 
Garlic 5
Green chillies 2
Lemon juice 1 


METHOD:
Once the chickpeas are boiled put the spinach along  with the the warm water of the chickpeas ...allowing it to blanch... 
 As it gets cool 
In a processor add all ingredients and blend it ...

Serve with roasted garlic and olive oil add olive and date molasses as drizzle 

Blend this for your ENERY &IMMUNITY TAKE FOR THE DAY..vegan 🌱
